As a child, I spent my mornings watching the Wizard of Oz on repeat. I would lose myself in this mystical, magical world where animals talked and wizards in castles existed. The rest of my days were spent  writing poetry, making up plays to film with the neighborhood kids, and teaching my brothers how to dance, read and write.  According to my parents I had a maturity, sensitivity and ability to love that one doesn’t see in most kids.  I was a sensitive, old soul and during this time, I saw the world as a beautiful place..Then, seemingly suddenly, everything changed. As I grew older, I began to feel different than my peers and my family in a way I couldn’t describe. Feelings of anxiety and confusion built up inside of me. I felt like an old soul trying to stay afloat in a sea of new souls in which I struggled to fit in. While the other girls my age were figuring out whether eyeliner should go on top of or underneath the eyelid, I was wondering about the “big questions” like what happens when we die, and what was our purpose while here on the planet. I felt different and I felt weird. And my external environment seemed to be agreeing with me. “You are too sensitive.” “You take things too personally.” “You are meaty.  You would be hot if you lost 10 lbs.” “Those jeans will never fit you.” “Why are you so emotional?” “You are too much.” And I held in the pit of my stomach and the center of my heart the meaning underneath the words: Who I am is not OK. My mind searched quickly for an answer, for a solution: If I can just get my body to be the right shape and size, then I will know who I am and why I am here. If I can be and look perfect, then I will be OK. For much of my teen and young adult life, I lived in a glass house made out of thoughts about food, weight and body image.  Like so many other young women, I spent what should have been a lighthearted time of one’s life in deep emotional pain manifested in my relationship to food and body. And then, to my confusion and dismay, when I felt like I had attained these external things, it wasn’t enough. I still didn’t feel the way I wanted to feel on the inside. I was disconnected from life and disconnected from myself. I had built myself a house of fear filled with cobwebs of illusions, and felt like I couldn’t get out. I began to binge at night, followed by shame and restriction the day after. I desperately wanted to stuff down the intense emotions that were bubbling up inside of me. Then, a few years later, a traumatic experience locked my sensitive body into a highly stressed state.  Struggles with food and weight were replaced with chronic migraine headaches, fatigue, anxiety and insomnia.  Life felt stressful and overwhelming and my sensitive body couldn’t let go and relax. As a sensitive and empathic person, I picked up on so much from my environment and thought about things so deeply that life often felt out of control. And, as what most of us do when things feel out of control, I tried desperately to control things, so much so that the muscles in my jaw, neck and head were constantly clenched and in pain. I tried medication, superfoods, massages and doctors visits, yet I continued to live in pain.  I was always exhausted and never felt like I could take a deep, relaxing breath.  It became almost too much to take. Then, for the first time in a long time, something inside of me shifted. I realized that I was living from a place of  fear and that I couldn’t bear the pain any longer. In that moment, I made a different choice. I surrendered. No, I didn’t give up. I let go.  I let be.  I trusted there was a better way. The door was opened to my previously locked house and the light was able to come in. During this time, I began to dive in to the issues underneath my physical pain. I learned different healing methods and approaches, I learned about the mental and emotional causes and spiritual lessons underneath the symptoms I was experiencing.  I began to see how disconnected from myself I really was and began to get to know myself again, to love myself. One of the most important things I discovered was that I was a Sensitive Soul.  I was innately creative, intuitive, empathic and compassionate.  For those painful years of my life, I had rejected my sensitivity and as a result those beautiful parts couldn’t shine. I learned to listen to and trust my intuition.  I created a lifestyle that supported and nourished me.  I gave myself the gifts of yoga, meditation, prayer, high-quality and delicious food, and enough down-time to reset my sensitive body. My relationship to food and my body transformed as well. By shifting my relationship with myself to one of self-love, acceptance and compassion, I learned how to make food choices out of love.  Food became a source of nourishment, pleasure and medicine. One day at a time, I have not only regained my health and wellbeing, I have regained the sunny and trusting outlook on life that I had once held as a child.  I am slowly returning to the adult version of that young girl who believed in magic, lived life with an open heart and felt free to be herself. This new way of thinking and being has become the guiding framework for my coaching practice. 8 loại tiểu nhân

http://vietq.vn/8-loai-tieu-nhan-nen-tranh-xa-loi-co-nhan-day-khong-sai-mot-chu-d112022.html

Your Wife Befriending Your Buddies

It's well-known that psychological factors can play a major role in sexual performance, but here's a new one: your wife spending more time with your male friends than you do may put you at increased risk for erectile dysfunction, according to new research in the American Journal of Sociology.
The researchers, who surveyed more than 3,000 men ages 57 to 85, found that a man whose female partner got too close to his friends was 92 percent more likely to experience difficulty getting or maintaining an erection than one whose partner didn't.
Researchers said this might be due to social perceptions of masculinity in younger and middle-aged men. In men in their 70s and 80s, the association all but disappeared, possibly because older men have different perceptions of masculinity.

Diabetes

Men who have diabetes are two to three times more likely to also have erectile dysfunction than men without diabetes, according to the National Institutes of Health.
Poorly regulated blood sugar can damage the nerves and small blood vessels that control erections and allow blood flow to the penis, Kramer said

'.. HOMEMADE NEW YEAR''S CEREMONY'

January 1 2017
1. Believe that you are entitled to peace, liberation, transformation, and second chances.
2. Understand that without marking special days through sacred rituals, humans can become lost — to the point where every day, or even every year, can feel exactly the same.
3. Take notice that today is a special day — because you have just been given a brand new year, with no mistakes or sorrows in it yet...and you get to begin creating it afresh, right now.
4. Decide that you will mark this day with a deliberate ceremony.
5. Recognize that humans are allowed to invent their own sacred rituals and ceremonies. This is one of the mysteries and privileges that make us human.
6. Either go be alone, or join with up with a person or people you love — whatever you most need.
7. Gather together a pile of mundane (but kind of magical) objects — like paper, ribbons, glue, matches, buttons, memorabilia, stamps, incense, flower petals spices, old photos, newspapers, candles, moss, and pennies. You don't have to buy anything. I promise: You have alll the items you need in your home. (Or you can scavenge them on the street.) The items will take on magical properities as soon as you begin your ceremony.
8. On a big (or small, or special, or totally boring) piece of paper, start writing down everything that you want to get rid of this year, or everything that you want to become this year, or prayers for the people whom you love, or a vision for the world that you want to help create, or a truthful inventory of all the pain and shame and sorrows that you desperately wish to shed. Or maybe just write down one magical word. Or maybe write a lengthy manifesto. It's totally up to you. But use your words. Remember: In the beginning, there was the word. Words matter.
9. Decorate the words on your paper by drawing, pasting, glueing, ripping, or sewing around the words with the mundane/magical items you had gathered together. What you will end up with is some sort of a messy or beautiful collage that represents EVERYTHING.
10. Now it is time to burn your creation — or bury it, or set it afloat into water, or tear it up and scatter it into the wind from the top of a tall tree. But you have to let it go now (no matter how pretty or painful it is) and you must do SOMETHING with your creation that represents at least one of the four elements...earth, wind, water, or fire. As your creation burns (or floats away, or drifts into the wind) ask whatever divine source you believe in for help. I did my ceremony at midnight last night, with two of my beloveds. We tied our three creations together with one ribbon, and set it all on fire with three matches. Today I will put the ashes in a river, and let it drift toward the sea. But you can do your own ritual right now, or on your lunch break, or when the sun dips below the horizon tonight, or at first light of dawn tomorrow morning. Whatever time of day you decide is sacred, is sacred. It is sacred because you MADE it sacred, by drawing a circle around this moment, and asking the universe for blessing. It is sacred because you need this moment to be ritualized, or you cannot put the past behind you and move on in peace. This is how we create our own ceremonies. This is how we let go of our pain. This is how we ask for miracles and deliverance. This is how we say thank you for life. This is how we mark the New Year.
And then?
ONWARD,
LG

The kazoo is a musical instrument that adds a "buzzing" timbral quality to a player's voice when the player vocalizes into it. It is a type of mirliton, which is a membranophone, one of a class of instruments which modifies its player's voice by way of a vibrating membrane.

Ol' man river
That ol' man river
But he must know something
Cause he just keeps rolling
He keeps rolling along
Rollin' along
He don't plant tators
He don't plant cotton
Them that plants 'em is soon forgotten
But ol' man river
He keeps rolling along
You and me
We sweat and strain
Body all aching
And wracked with pain
Tote that barge
Lift that bale
Get a little drunk
And you land in jail
I gets weary
Sick of trying
I'm tired of living
Feared of dying
But ol' man river
He's rolling along
