Sake Furikake "Cơm Muôí Mè"


300gr leftover Dashi (luôc, vơt rây khô)

Katsuobushi (bonito flakes) - xăt miêng dài mỏng
Nibóshi (small sảrdinés)
Kombu (kelp) 

Cut into small pieces
Put in a frying pan
1 tbsp sake
3 tbsp Mirin (sweet Sake)
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Cook on medium low heat, 
stirring constantly
until somewhat dry (about 20 mins)

1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds

Keep in the fridge for a week, in the freezer for a month
Sprinkle on top of rice  or
mix in to make rice balls
you can make fried rice, too.
