Yin Shin Jyutsu

  

Finger Pose #1: ExhalingBurdens/Blockages..  Begin by placing the thumb on the palm of the opposite hand - at the base of the middle finger - then wrap the fingers around the middle finger.  Hold for either 3 complete breaths or several minutes at a time. balancedwomensblog.com
