Samsara - indian style brown basmati rice cooked in roasted spices and fresh herbs served with a dry stew mixture of lentil mini-nuggets kohirabi, pumpkin, red capsicum and squash with a fresh green mango salad. 

Nonya Curry - Malaysian flavoured curry of mixed veg cooked in a spiced coconut stock with fresh lemongrass, galangal and ginger flower with a green split pea dhal, turmeric brown rice and mustard fresh pear chutney with a pappadam.

Laska Herba - Japanese udon noodles, young spinach, mushroom and bean sprouts in a ginger flower and lemongrass flavoured, mildly spiced coconut stock that was topped with fried tempeh, tofu, seitan and herbs.
