CHICKEN

Dum Biryani Restaurant style

Chicken
  • Garam masala (basha brand)
  • Ajinomo (MSG) very little or avoid it
  • spine mix: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, shah jeera.
  • (don't grind)
  • Red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • Ginger and Garlic paste
  • Mint and Cilantro (Coriander) leafs chopped
  • Paste of green chillis
  • Fried onions
  • Sunflower oil
  • Mix the whole thing throughly.
  • Plain yougurt (curd)
Boil water to cook the rice, add sea salt while the water is boiling
Mixing it again
Add some hot water to the mix and mix it well
Add half cooked rice over the mix
Add some hot water help the half cooked rice to get cooked fully
Add 75% cooked rice over the half boiled and full it with 100% cooked rice
Add some yellow color n fried onions
Cover the pan with a lid. Hot flames until steam
