Korean Cheesy Corn

Serves 4

Ingredients:


4 ears fresh sweet corn kernels
2/3 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces shredded mozzarella
1 tablespoon sugar
2 green onions, thinly sliced
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 400˚F.
2. Combine all ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir together.
3. Pour mixture into a lightly greased baking dish.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture melts and bubbles.
5. Remove from oven and cool for about 10 minutes.
6. Serve immediately.
