Certificate IV in Pathology course at provides accredited training in areas that include pathology collection techniques, phlebotomy, infection control, ECG, holter monitoring, first aid, customer service, work organisation and medical terminology.
The Certificate IV has incorporated units of study from the Certificate III as well. Pathology is a wonderful career with many options for advancement and qualified Pathology Collectors are highly sought after in both public and private pathology collection environments.
The training provided at Menzies is a mixture of classroom sessions and interactive practical sessions to provide you with as much skills and knowledge required in the current industry. Students do not necessarily need to be employed in the health sector to undertake this course.

All of the training and practical demonstrations are held on campus at the pathology collection facilities at the Menzies Institute of Technology. If you have already completed a Certificate III in Pathology and looking to upskill, then there would be credits that can be applied which could shorten the duration of the course. |
