Jelly Slice.







 

Base Ingredient

·       ½ cup plain flour (bột mì)
·       1 tsp McKenzie’s Baking Powder
·       ½ cup Brown Sugar
·       ½ cup McKenzie’s Desiccated Coconut (Dừa sợi)
·       60 gr Margarine.

Filling & Topping

Convert Ingredient
·       1 x 400 gr Sweetened Condensed Milk Tin
·       Juice of 2 lemons
·       3 tsp McKenzie’s Gelatine Powder
·       ¼ cup Boiling Water
·       1 x 85 gr Red Jelly Crystals (Aeroplane Strawberry)
·       Water

Directions

Step 1
For the Base: Grease (rắc) and line a 28 x 18 cm Baking Tray

Step 2 (Lớp đầu tiên)
·       Combine all Base Ingredients and Mix well. Press (nén) into prepared tray.
·       Bake in 180oC over for 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Step 3 (Lớp thứ 2)
For the Filling
In a Medium bowl, blend Condensed Milk, Lemon Juice and Gelatine (dissolved in the boiling water)

Step 4 (Bỏ vô tủ lạnh độ 2 ngày)
Spread over base and refrigerate until set.

Step 5 (Lớp cuối cùng)

Make up Jelly as directed on packet, place in fridge for 30 minutes until cool, then pour over slice. Return to fridge and chill until set. Cut into squares to serve.
